Deep color, pronounced maple flavor. This is the syrup that has placed first, second, or third at the North American Maple Syrup Council’s annual conference four years running — 2022 through 2025. It stands up beautifully in baking and holds its own on anything you pour it over.

Lighter in color with a smooth, rounded maple taste — the classic table syrup. If your mornings involve pancakes, waffles, or oatmeal, start here.
